A Study on Quakery in the Practice of Health Information Management and its Effects on Quality Health care delivery

This research work was on a Study on Quackery in the Practice of Health Information management towards quality Health care delivery in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi. (Study of Health Information management Department).

The statement of problem was to find out how standardization could be maintained in data collection due to menace of quackery in Health Information Management. Also how influx of unqualified persons in the practice has posed a great danger and a threat   to Health care delivery in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi and other private hospitals in particular. The objectives of study of which states, to find out, the Effect of Quackery in the practice of Health Information Management, to examine the reasons for Quackery in the profession and to identify ways of eradicating quackery in Health information management based on the above objectives, Research questions were formulated and two hypotheses postulated.
