This is a study on decision making strategies of Health information managers in NAUTH Nnewi. Specific objectives were formulated to guide the study.  The design was descriptive research design.  The statement of problem points directly on the factors that contribute to decision making strategies of health information managers. The objective of the study is to know the hindering factors in strategies of decision making and possible ways of improving them. The primary and secondary method of data collection was used in gathering the information needed.  The primary data was collected through a well structured questionnaire and the secondary data was collected through published texting and internet service. Sixty well structured questionnaires items were distributed, 58 was returned.
