This  research  study  “the  influence  of  adequate  cooperation  among  the  healthcare  Professionals  towards  quality  healthcare  service  delivery”  a  study  of  Nnamdi  Azikiwe  University  Teaching  Hospital,  Nnewi  focused  on  the  influence  of  adequate  cooperation  among  the  healthcare  professionals,  its  benefits  and  solutions  to  the  challenges  that  oppose  the  achievement  of  adequate  Cooperation  in  the  healthcare  system.  Cooperation  is  the  most  used  word  today  as  different  units  and  groups  believe  that  they  can  accomplish  more  by  working  with  others.  The  statement  of  the  problem  identified  those  peculiar  problems  or  challenges  faced  by  the  healthcare  professionals  that  ordinarily  do  not  give  room  for  them  to  cooperate  as  well  as  how  it  affect  the healthcare  delivery.
