           To examine the attitudes and perception of health information managers towards patient care management,  to find out how insecurity of patients health information which is supposed to be confidentially secured by health information managers contribute to poor patients care management ,and to confirm also if  inefficient and ineffective record keeping hinders the process of tracking health condition , to access if improper coding of inpatient and outpatient data with bad clinical information system contributes in patient care management
