ADAPTATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Over the lest decades, computer technology has had an ever growing impact on the society. Every professional, commercial and industrial activity have been affected by information technology. A health information management study is not left out in this regard. This research work was carried out on adaptation of Information Technology in Health Information Management a study of Imo State University Teaching Hospital, Orlu, Imo State.
