APPOINTMENT SYSTEM IN THE HOSPITAL, ITS ROLES AND CHALLENGES

This study on the roles and challenges facing appointment system in hospitals (A case study of health records department, Nauth, Nnewi) was carried out with two specific objectives, the roles of appointment system as well as the challenges facing appointment system.A descriptive survey seminar was adopted and simple random sampling was adopted in selecting 20staffs in Health Records Department from General out-patient department, Medical out-patient and Surgical out-patient department in Nauth, Nnewi.
